One of the many legal requirements when running a company is to have a competent person appointed for Health & Safety.

Every employer shall, appoint one or more competent persons to assist in undertaking the measures they need to take to comply with the requirements and prohibitions imposed upon them by or under the relevant statutory provisions.

We have chosen to outsource this once again to WSP Safety Ltd who carry the responsibility on our behalf, which completes our legal obligation.
